Techne is thrilled to welcome Chitra Nayak to the firm as Venture Partner. A powerhouse of Silicon Valley operational expertise and global strategic leadership, Chitra’s experience spans scaling high-growth technology, financial services, and logistics ecosystems, across C‑suite positions in both high‑growth startups and multinational corporations.
Our April Sip&Connect didn’t behave like an event; it functioned like an operating system. What began as a gathering quickly became something more: ideas, context, and ambition intersecting in ways no single participant could have orchestrated alone. Many of those intersections are already beginning to take shape as pilots, partnerships, and new directions.

We are delighted to announce that Sudhir Kadam has joined Techne as COO of the Scaler Program. An IIT Kharagpur alumnus and Silicon Valley-based serial entrepreneur, he has spent his career at the high-stakes intersection of venture transformation and global scale.
We are thrilled to announce that Pankaj Srivastava has joined us as COO of Techne Studio. An engineer‑turned‑MBA and Silicon Valley–based C-suite executive, he has spent his career spearheading strategies that drive multi‑million‑dollar outcomes.
