We are delighted to announce that Sudhir Kadam has joined Techne as COO of the Scaler Program.
To say Sudhir has a formidable track record is an understatement. An IIT Kharagpur alumnus and Silicon Valley-based serial entrepreneur, he has spent his career at the high-stakes intersection of venture transformation and global scale. He joins us having served on the founding and executive teams of three successful exits – including a $0 to $100M scale-up and a landmark acquisition by Softbank – alongside a strategic advisory career that has yielded seven additional portfolio exits to public companies like McAfee and Stratasys.
Sudhir is a master of the “Pivot-to-Profitability” discipline, specializing in the surgical diagnosis of the structural constraints that stall growth. He excels in the high-stakes growth discovery phase, helping founders distinguish between early adoption and true product-market fit. This ability to translate early traction into repeatable revenue and scalable growth engines promises to serve as a catalyst in maturing our companies from promising, fundable ventures into exit-ready market leaders. By bridging technical depth with strategic frameworks, Sudhir brings a deep-tech fluency – across GenAI, Robotics, IIoT, and beyond – that translates our investment thesis into actionable growth for our founders.
As the author of Zero to AI, Sudhir provides the business architecture for the AI-native era, while his book Beyond Mediocrity offers the timeless frameworks for leadership and business mastery required to navigate today’s complex markets. This systems-level perspective has made him a sought-after voice in global innovation. Beyond his work with startups, Sudhir serves as a visiting faculty member at UC Berkeley, SJSU, Bologna Business School, and various IITs, where he teaches the next generation of leaders the frameworks for venture building and strategic execution.
