Anjali Arora

Anjali brings 20+ years of experience in technology, education, and investments. Anjali serves as Managing Director at Techne Infiniti Ventures, a vertical AI fund focused on technology solutions disrupting the travel & hospitality industry. Anjali also serves as a Strategic Advisor to Shashi Group that owns and operates a premium portfolio of hospitality assets in Silicon Valley. She led the establishment of Shashi Group's Center of Innovation & Excellence (COIE) that establishes best practices, drives operational excellence, and evaluates and implements cutting edge technology solutions. 

Anjali has held a variety of positions in several technology companies, including CGI (formerly American Management Systems) and HelloBrain, a B2B online exchange for technology & intellectual property backed by Accel, Redpoint Ventures, Brentwood & Intel Capital. Anjali built a global base of supply-side technology providers from corporations, research labs & universities across 150 countries and went on to lead the launch of the company's first enterprise collaboration software. In 1999, Anjali co-founded eMazza, an online double-blind algorithmic auction marketplace for tech labor, and recruited Professor Edward Lazear from Stanford Graduate Business School, known as the founder of personnel economics, who later went on to be the Chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers under President George W. Bush.

Anjali has a deep interest in education. She is Founder and Managing Director of Kairos Infiniti Ventures, an impact fund investing in edtech and skilling to improve lives at the bottom of the pyramid. In 2009, she founded FUSION, a pragmatic school focused on language & STEAM education and developed a variety of learning models for 1000+ students over 8 years. Anjali has also founded Efkairia, a non-profit that funds social impact initiatives that provide food, education & clean water, and empower women & children around the world.  

Anjali serves as a Board Member at the Institute for Research in Social Sciences (IRiSS), Stanford University. She is a member of the Business Advisory Council at San Francisco State University’s Lam Family College of Business. She has a Masters in Economics from Delhi School of Economics and an MBA from William E. Simon School of Business, University of Rochester.
