VISHWESH PAI

Vishwesh (Vish) Pai is a technology product management professional, investor, and startup advisor. Vish has 15+ years of diverse experience working at Fortune 500 companies and growth-stage startups, as well as B2C and B2B product companies. Along with operational expertise, Vish has invested in early-stage and late-stage technology companies and is a key advisor at Berkeley Skydeck accelerator.

As a Sr. Director of Product Management at ServiceNow, Vish leads the Connected Operations product line for the Customer Workflows organization. Prior to that, Vish led Amazon Alexa's Multimodal cloud platform initiate as a Head of Products and Samsung's SmartThings end-to-end IoT Platform, managing IoT product portfolios across complete software lifecycle including embedded software, cloud platform, and user applications. Before Samsung, he worked in MuleSoft Inc. (now Salesforce), responsible for Anypoint API platform products and Ayla's end-to-end IoT platform. As one of the first ten employees in Ayla Networks, Vish launched connected products and features for cloud and analytics software in multiple geographical regions. Vish has eight patents filed and one issued in the Internet of things device and cloud management areas. Before joining Ayla Networks, Vish served in software developer roles at Amazon Lab126 and Qualcomm.

Vish holds an MBA degree in Corporate Strategy and General Management from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Vish holds an M.S. degree in computer engineering from North Carolina State University and a bachelor's degree in engineering from VTU, India.
